What can a User do if a Product received is wrong/damaged? If a User receives a wrong/damaged Product, they can send an email to customerservice@desirezone.in with images of the wrong/damaged Product, and the Desirezone team, on receipt of all necessary details, will treat the order as cancelled and initiate a refund to the User.

When will I get my refund?

Following are the processing timelines after the product is received by us or when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the products.
